Integrated Airway & Breath Correction

The AdenoCare ABC Program

ABC stands for Airway & Breath Correction. It is a structured clinical program that follows a child from first evaluation through to long-term review — adjusted to the child, not applied from a template.

The five stages

How the program works

  1. 01

    Understand

Understand the child's symptoms, breathing pattern, sleep, nasal obstruction, allergy history and relevant contributing factors.

  2. 02

    Assess

Evaluate the child's airway, breathing, oral habits, dental/functional factors and relevant clinical findings.

  3. 03

    Correct

Where clinically appropriate, address contributing factors through an integrated treatment strategy.

  4. 04

    Support

Provide parents with education, home-care guidance and appropriate follow-up.

  5. 05

    Track

Monitor progress over time and modify the plan when clinically necessary.

Responsible language

What the program does and does not claim

  • Non-surgical management options are explored when clinically appropriate.
  • Every plan follows an individualised evaluation of that particular child.
  • Some interventions may help; none are promised to work for everyone.
  • Surgery may still be appropriate in selected cases, and will be said so plainly.
